Login dropdown and coupon box of woocommerce issue

  • Hey

    Am using woocommerce on this team. But my problem is that login form and coupon form on checkout page are not opening for users to enter there login details and or coupon code while in checkout page.

    When clicked on the login link, instead if it to drop down and show login form, it just add # on the page url and scroll automatically to the top.
    In this case, the login link and coupon link works as Go To Top buttom.

    What could be the problem?

    Hey @kharisblank am sorry for late reply. I did not get email notification.

    Am running version 1.41 with a child theme created with another wordpress plugin – child theme configurator.

    Hello there,

    I have the latest version on my test site and can’t reproduce the same issue. Those links work fine. I can confirm that it isn’t Sydney theme specific issue. I guess one of your active plugins pollutes it. To verify, please try disabling all your active plugins and see it if it resolves the issue. To find out which one causing this problem, re-activate your plugins one by one.
