    Hi @rezamnchr,

Thank you for sharing the details and the video—it’s helpful in understanding the issue!

This behavior might be caused by a conflict with your active theme or one of the plugins installed on your site. Here are a few steps to help narrow it down:

    1. Plugin and Theme Conflict Test:
? Temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront.
? Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
? Check if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one to identify the conflict.

    2. Clear Cache:
? Clear your browser cache and any server-side or CDN cache (if applicable).

    3. Gather Information:
If the issue continues, please provide us with:
? Your System Status Report (WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support).
? Any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You can paste the logs here or share them via https://gist.github.com/.

Once we have more details, we’ll be able to guide you further. Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @rezamnchr ,

I understand you’re having trouble with the login functionality during checkout. I took a moment to check your website to see the issue firsthand, but I couldn’t reproduce it on my end. Here’s what I’m seeing:

It’s possible that this issue could be related to browser cache or server-level caching, which might have caused the login process to get stuck during checkout. I recommend trying the following steps to see if it resolves the problem:

Please give this a try and let me know if the issue persists or if there’s anything specific I might have missed. I’m here to help!

    Hello

Thanks a lot. You are right. I tested it with other devices and browsers and it’s solved. I only have one question about reloading the page. Is reloading the page after clicking login one of WooCommerce default function settings? I remember it was Ajax when trying to log in to the account during the checkout.

    Hi @rezamnchr,

I’m glad to hear that testing on different devices and browsers resolved the login issue!

Regarding your question about the page reload after clicking “Login” during checkout – since your checkout page uses the woocommerce_checkout shortcode, it’s expected behavior for the page to refresh after entering your login credentials. This refresh ensures that your account details are properly fetched and reflected in the checkout process.

I hope this clears things up! Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hello

If the page must reload, it’s good. I thought I ran into another problem.

    Thanks a lot
