Fixed with updated version of Wordfence 6.1.6

Admin and user login email notification suddenly doesn’t work again in version 6.1.7

Thanks for writing in, I would like to suggest some tips that may be useful in this case, please check each of them and update me with the result:

• Make sure you chose the required alerts options under:
  (Wordfence > Options => Alerts)
• Note the value of the “Maximum email alerts to send per hour” option.
• Go to (Wordfence > Diagnostics => Other Tests) and try sending test email from there, check this reference for more details:

• Check if your email server ip address has been added to a blacklist, check this reference for more details:
  https://docs.wordfence.com/en/Emails_are_no_longer_being_sent_from_Wordfence,_but_alerts_are_enabled
• Finally, check your email spam folder.

I check all above and still i dont get the login alert email.
