Login error

    Our team uses one login to access our website’s careers page. We have been unable to login, attempting with various browsers (Chrome, Safari and Firefox) and with varying error message – from invalid username to enabling cookies. We use the login information daily and all have the accurate name/password.

    The email associated with the username is no longer accessible to our team. This is our fault for not having updated the email, but now we cannot change it or the login information. Please advise as to how to fix this issue. Thank you.

  • It may be really a problem with wrong username/password combination.

    If your hosting is cpanel then you can change the password from phpmyadmin page and also get your registered email.

    The screenshot below might help if that is the case and you have the above application. Otherwise you may need to update mysql tables from backend.
