Login error

I have just finished setting up the login form but have discovered a problem…
It logs in but hits an error as it seems to be going to a “https://0.0.0.1/” page? If you refresh the page, the user is logged in.
Have tried on multiple browsers and deactivated other plugins but no joy… any ideas?

The login form is within a reveal section in the header, you must click “logon” to see it.
