Login Error Connection Timed Out

  • Since the last couple of weeks, most of the times when I am trying to login to my site https://www.skyscraperdash.com I get an error saying ‘Connection Timed Out’. It is also happening if I am trying to visit the website while I am logged in.

    I thought this might be a server problem but turns out it is not, because I’ve tested it and found out that the website works fine on other internet connections/IPs while I am getting the above error on the network that I am logged in from.

    My internet connection is working fine otherwise as I am not facing any issue with browsing any other website. And I have tried this on two different high-speed connections.

    It’s not a machine issue as I’ve again tried to login from different machines and the same error occurs.

    Is this a known WordPress or X theme issue? If yes, would you be able to provide a resolution?
