• Hi there.

    We have a website shirleywilliams.co.za.

    Our login is https://shirleywilliams.co.za/wp-login.php.

When we log in to the ‘backend’ it accepts our password and redirects us but the only thing that appears on the page is “Google+” which is linked to our Google Plus page so we are unable to actual see any of the admin panel just a white screen with the linked title ‘Google+’.

Is there any other way to access this site. If you go on to the site https://www.shirleywilliams.co.za you are able to see what we see when we log in. So the actual front end as been affected too and we can’t get into the backend?

Please help if anyone has any ideas?!

    Many thanks
    Kirsty

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
