login errors

  • When I try to login I get the errors below. It looks like the problem may be the// after wordpress….? If so, how do I get rid of the extra /. I’ve tried all I can think of to try…..HELP, please….

  • Is there a way to reset the admin password after you have chagned it but the onet hat you cahgnedit too isfor a regular user.. andi tried to earse my database so that i can do a fresh install but that didnt work either… any ideas??

    I posted the above “anonmous” post after installing wp 7.2. Since I got no answers from this forum shame shame, I’ve had a couple of days to look for the problem. I finally have found the path problem….So, If you are getting the above errors fellow installers….open the b2verifauth.php and scroll down until you see the path to your blog, mine was not correct and once i fixed the path (and reuploaded the file), I was able to log in.
    Now……on to see if this blog thingiw works. Good luck.
