  • No there aren’t any settings that you need to tweak. It could be something to do with your theme. Please try switching to the Twenty Twelve theme to see if the issue persists. If so, then we can rule out an issue with the theme.

    Thank you Patrick. I switched themes and it seems to work ok, but I would like to keep my theme. Is there any (simple) way I can find out why this is happening?

    I got it to work again by downloading and re-uploading my functions.php file.

    Also with this theme, a user can not edit my address sfrom the my account page.

    Not sure why that’s happening but it definitely sounds like something is wrong with the theme. I would reach out to the theme developer.

    Would you mind marking this as resolved since it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the plugin.
