Let’s start by determining how you wish to connect your site to the mobile app. There are two ways to connect: with Jetpack or without Jetpack (using application passwords).

If you connect to the app with Jetpack, you’ll get to enjoy the app’s full features, including:
- Visitor stats tracking
- Order notifications
- Editing of passwords for password-protected products
To connect to the app with Jetpack, you’ll need to make sure that the Jetpack plugin is installed, activated, and connected to your site to to connect: https://woocommerce.com/document/jetpack-setup-instructions-for-the-woocommerce-mobile-app/

Once your site is connected to Jetpack, please log in to the app using your WordPress.com account. If you encounter errors in any of the steps and still can’t connect, please open a support ticket through the app, and that’ll include error logs for our Happiness Engineers to review and further help you.
