Login failed is US, not in Spain

    Hi!

    We have somebody in the US who wants to login into our website, but it doesn’t want to work. They keep getting a “Forbidden” message and can’t get access to the site. They have tried several browsers on Mac and PC, and it didn’t fix the problem.

    Also, when I looked to the login logs, it didn’t register a failed login recently, but they where trying this yesterday!

    I have a screenshot, but apparently I can’t upload a jpg on the forum?

    Any thoughts on why that is happening?
