Login Failed security check

    Hi, I have recently a problem with ProfileGrid. If I want to login I see the “Login Failed security check” error and I can not login anymore. But even If I am logged in through the standard WordPress login page I still can not access my membership directory so ProfileGrid can’t not see that I am logged in already…

    I have no cashing plugin active, I did not make any changes, updates and this problem just started to show up. In the beginning it has worked, and after a couple of days started seeing this error.

    Could you please help to solve this issue? Otherwise I have to look for an other plugin.

    Hello @beabudai,

    We have fixed this issue in our latest release. Please update the plugin to it’s latest release on your site and then check after clearing the browser and site cache.

    Let us know if you still face any issues.
