    Hi Rach,

    We have not tested the plugin with Ultimate Member and wouldn’t suggest using our login module in combination with another plugin that performs a similar function. I did visit the page in question but only see the single login form.

    To troubleshoot further (if you do require both Ultimate Member and our login module within the Toolkit), we would have to have a developer take a look at your site.
