Login help – new problem

I’m having trouble logging in to WordPress admin and haven’t found an answer to this specific problem.

I can log in to my main page admin no problem.

I cannot log in to my staging site, which is the same login and same password. I get a message that says Error: password is incorrect. I’ve tried resetting. It still works fine for the main site and not at all for staging site.

Also, I cannot log in on my phone. The WordPress app says no such account/email. My browser on my phone does that incorrect password thing.

I’ve tried different browsers. I cleared cache and deleted cookies.

Any suggestions? I am not technical.
