• Hi,

Whenever I login to my dashboard “superpsx.com” and visit homepage, it takes 5 to 10 seconds to load (superpsx.com/post, superpsx.com/page, superpsx.com/category load normal). Only problem with homepage when I login. No login = no issue. Login and visit homepage = Use high resources.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You use W3 Total Cache as a caching plugin to optimize speed. My guess is that you have set this so that it no longer takes effect once you are logged in. So the start page loads when you are logged in without any caching – this can be much slower than with caching depending on many factors.

If you want to optimize this, you should look apart from W3 Total Cache, whether you can optimize other things in your project. This already includes the hosting, or even the use of plugins. Here is an article about it: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/optimization/

    Hi @threadi

Thank you for your reply. This problem only with my homepage and I’m no longer using W3Total cache. I switch to Lightspeed cache (Redis). My developer tried everything and configure W3 Total cache. But issue was not resolved.

    I’m using fewer plugins.
