Login instructions on Network site

    We have about 40 sites running on a network installation of WP. Sometime recently (?) We began seeing the following wording under the USERNAME and PASSWORD fields on the login page:

    “XXXX can be viewed by members of this blog only. Register first as a Network User of (name of network).”

    Last sentence is link.

    We have provided users with a shared UN/PW and the link text only serves to confuse. Is there any way to remove this text?
