It’s Katerina from the ROI Hunter Easy customer support team. I’m really sorry you’re having troubles with our plugin. We’ll do our best to solve the problem, however, we’ll need some help from you. Could you please follow the steps below and let us know with the results? You can send them to our email [email protected].
1. Please go to your WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System report and send us the result. You can find more information here.
2. Debugging log would be very helpful to us. Could you please turn on the debugging, try to perform the action, send us the debug.log and turn it off again? Here you can find a manual.
3. Many of the issues are caused by using more conflicting plugins or templates. If we know which plugin is causing the issue, finding the solution is much easier.
If it’s possible, could you please turn off all plugins except for WooCommerce and ROI Hunter Easy, set a default template and try to turn on the template and plugins one by one? Then you will be able to see which plugin is causing the conflict.
