Login issue

    Hello
    I am new to Websites and WordPress.
    I am at the log in window to my site :
    https://my URL/wp-login.php
    of course it asks for a user name and P/W though I cant remember registering anywhere and I cant find anywhere to do it or even information about it.
    what am I missing here ?
