Login issue

I reinstalled my wordpress after having problem with the url. I am now having problem accessing the admin area. I keep getting the report below on my screen.

The requested URL /wp-login/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can any one please help. Thanks
