login issue

  • My website runs good, but i can not login with wp-admin. i tried to enter correct username and password but it shows me error called: cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. i can also see one text “password” written on top left edge of wp-admin page.
    is it the indication that my site has been hacked? i tried to manually change password from phpmyadmin but it does not works
    can any one help me?

    When you changed the password via phpMyadmin, did you specify MD5 encoding when you saved it? In other words, is it showing plain text password now, or a long string of ASCII letters? (Should be the latter.)

    I changed it to MD5, but still its not working.
    I can not understand why there is a text “passowrd” on top left corner of wp-admin page.
