Login issue – 1st time use – please help!

    I’ve just set up my new blog, but now it seems to be… broken!!

    Basically, all the styles seem to be deleted, and now I don’t seem to be able to log in!

    My site is https://www.fixed-wheel.com/home and so am I right in thinking I should log in at https://www.fixed-wheel.com/home/wp-login.php? This takes me to a place to enter my U&P (again, unstyled) and when I do it sends me to a “oops this link appears to be broken” google page.

    Anyone got any ideas about what’s up here?!

    My first blog and I’ve messed it up – doh!

  • you changed one of the 2 url’s and now wordpress can’t find the style sheet
    fix them both to be correct with one of these methods

    Sorry – do you know if this is possible in the web interface – I’m kinda confused here!

    I used a 1-click install, so have never edited in this way before…

    you are the only one that can do this
    log in to host’s cpanel or whatever and go to the file manager
    browse to your /home folder
    edit the file wp-config.php and add these lines after the opening <?php

    define('WP_HOME','https://www.fixed-wheel.com/home');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://www.fixed-wheel.com/home');

    save the file
    visit site and log in
