    Experiencing login issue on front-end login form. When I try to login with my admin details which work perfectly on /wp-admin, it will simply refresh the form without logging in and telling me “Please enter your password”, but the password was entered properly and correctly (autofill).

    Can provide admin details if necessary. Would really appreciate the help. Thank you for a great plugin.

    Hi @k2881q,

    Have you tried to test this issue on the other browser or without using autofill?
    Please also try to create a test user and see if you can replicate this issue.

    Yes, have tried on other browsers, without autofill ?? No luck. I’ve also tried with a test user, no luck either. Other users have reported the same issue.

    Can you please try to do a conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.

    I tried this, but nothing happen. Cant Login in conflict test, too.

    Hi UM support – sorry for my unclear communication in my first post. I already did a conflict test for both plugins and theme, UM is causing the issue as it only occurs when UM is enabled.

    Hi @k2881q,

    Have you tried to delete and recreate your login page and login form in Ultimate member -> Forms and login form? Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup and make sure that you’ve correctly assigned your Login page.

    You can also try to reset Ultimate member settings in Ultimate member -> Settings and Reset All at the bottom of the page.

    Lastly, you can try to delete and reinstall Ultimate member and see if this helps.
    Please backup your site before you reinstall of the plugin because you will loose some data.
