Noticed when I changed the WordPress Pingback Vulnerability Protection option that I could no longer get back into the site from the login screen.

You could fill out the username, password and math CAPTCHA but when submitting the page would refresh with all the field blank.

Luckily I had a copy of the .htaccess file to restore that took care of that.

    Is this a bug?

Hi dailyvideo are you saying that when you enable the Pingback Vulnerability Protection option you no longer can get back into your site from the login screen? Is that from a laptop/ desktop or from your mobile device?

I believe it is when I unchecked that option. The next time I tried to login the login page would just refresh with blank boxes. Had to restore an old version of .htaccess for it to work.

Are you able to reliably and repeatedly reproduce this?
