login issue redirect

    when i add /wp-admin to get to the login screen, the browser redirects to this page:

    ?page_id=0&redirect_to=https://ipaddress/intranet/wp-admin/&reauth=1

    I recently installed a custom login screen. how can i fix this if i cannot access the backend of WordPress? Please help!!!!

  • What about deleting the plugin that creates the custom login screen? Or try uploading a ‘clean’ copy of WordPress files if you modified a core file.

    thank you for the response. I had to go into the plugins directory cut the folder, then it allowed me to sign in, then pasted the folder back in, then deactivate and deleted. always good to know that in this forum you will receive a response. thanks again!
