want to show this page instead of submit new listing page if user is not logged in, I have enabled social login there

I don’t want it in the way you have predefined:
“You are not currently logged in. Please login or register first. When registering, you will receive an activation email. Be sure to check your spam if you don’t see it in your email within 60 minutes.”

or show social login links as I have done in wp-admin page or enable hyperlink to login/register

    Hi nicksvicks,

Right now, we don’t have a way to support “social logins”, only the standard login page.

Which plugin are you using to support social WP logins right now?

Well, sounds like there are two issues here. One, you want the user to be forced to login (that’s easy, just turn on the Registration option under Directory Admin->Manage Options, Registration tab). But after that, showing the social login INSTEAD of the regular login page, well, that’s something BD doesn’t support at the moment.

I presume you have the first option set?

yes already set that option Directory Admin->Manage Options> Registration>require login

now what I want is :
if (not logged in) then (goto wp-admin page)
else (goto submit new listing page)

I am uncomfortable with the default system of this BDplugin

    Hi nicksvicks,

Well, actually, what you describe above is what BD enforces–logged in means you go to Submit Listing when you click Submit a Listing. What is it you see instead?

What part of the default system isn’t the way you want?

    Hi,

Is there a way to oblige visitors to login or create an account before they are able to see the directory ?
I wish that only registered members be able to view the listings.

    Thanks for help.

if user is not logged in then it shows :

“You are not currently logged in. Please login or register first. When registering, you will receive an activation email. Be sure to check your spam if you don’t see it in your email within 60 minutes.” with login page, but there is no “register new user option”

I want to show register new user option there, on the default login page, how can I edit that page ?? also I want to show login with facebook twitter etc buttons there, on this page you can see social icons , I want those on BD default login page.

@chti56: You need to activate “Require Registration” under Directory Admin->Manage Options, Registration tab. That will allow only registered members to POST listings. But viewing the listings is something that BD doesn’t limit. Membership plugins can do that (limit access to content based on a login) and they would be the way to get that done.

@nicksvicks: You should not need to edit the login page for BD to get that. You DO need to have “Allow anyone to register” checked as the Membership option from Settings->General on your WP dashboard. Then the link should appear automatically.

We don’t have a way to support social logins right now, but we’ll consider that for the future.
