1) If on a standard host like most people, you probably have a fallback URL like:
mycustomernameorid.thishost.com/name-of-folder
(this is the default URL while no domain name attached to it)
2) Still if you didn’t make backups of your database, but you can find back this default URL, you can access phpmyadmin because most hosts do setup it by default along WordPress (with this “default” url).
Your posts and website is not lost, it’s just a wrong setting for domain name.
Cpanel also install PhpMyAdmin somewhere along this default URL (in most setups). But it will require passwords you don’t have if you never accessed by normal address aka myite.com/phpmyadmin.
3) If you have really no idea, ask your provider to change wp-config.php and the relevant addresses in your site’ wp_options table – this is where your site address is located in WordPress
4) If you’re totally out of solution, remember for the next time, make backups of files and database from time to time (some WP plugins do that quite well nowadays)
