Login link not showing on multi step

    Hello

    I have some issues.

    First of all, when using multi-step checkout the login link is not shown.
    When using one-step checkout, the login link is shown and opend popup, but not data is populated.

    I tried also logging in before checkout and not data is loaded.

    Please check and let me know.

    Hi @andreiionescu,

    The (first) contact step is being considered as completed for some reason, even though the email field is present and required. We’ve seen other users with similar a similar issue, most of them had customized the checkout fields.

    1. Are you using any checkout customization plugin?

    2. Could you be more specific about what data is not being loaded?

    If possible, take a screenshot of the problem and add the link to your response here. Or open a new ticket on our support channel where you’ll be able to attach the files:
