All of our sites seem to be failing when you try to unlock after lockout. Regardless of when you enter your username or email you get this message when trying to unlock:

Error: No locked entry was found in the DB with your IP address range!

Some of the errors mention no email address found. I double checked that the lock out info has the same email as the user on the unlock page, and it does. Please help. You can’t seem to unlock from the login page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Adam,
Is your installation a multi-site setup?

Not multisite. The sites also have a variety of themes.

Does this issue occur intermittently or can you reproduce it eveytime?

Have you tried testing it by locking yourself out and then trying to unlock yourself?

Did you also check the list of locked out IP addresses on the following page?
WP Security >> Dashboard >> Locked IP Addresses

Are you able to unlock an address from there?

Yes, every time. When I lock myself out, I get this message when entering my email: Error: No locked entry was found in the DB with your IP address range!

I can unlock from the back end without issue, the IP and my username are shown correctly in the table that shows the lockouts.
