Login loop after changing DNS to CDN on OVH hosting

    Hello,

    We have an issue with logon page on our site bialykruk.art after changing the DNS record for CDN option. It is not possible to login using regular wp-admin. The logon page appears, we are typing in credentials, and during the logon attempt it does not redirect our account to dashboard – it redirects again to logon page. When we move our A records for non-CDN IP in DNS then everything works fine. We tried to reach OVH support but they could not help us, as they said that it’s related to content of the page, not their infrastructure. However we have “My account” tab on our page, and from there we and the users can login – when we are logging in with our administrative account we can reach dashboard, as the top ribbon appears when we are logged in (this is workaround that we are using right now). What we have tried based on most common solutions found on the Internet:

    *clear browser cache and cookies – we have tried that without success – issue is happening on all of the browsers on different PCs with different Internet connections (Chrome, Edge, Safari) – even the Android devices have the same issue.

    *rename .htaccess file and recreate one – again without any success

    *add “define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘https://bialykruk.art’); define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘https://bialykruk.art’);” to wp_config.php file – again without success

    *disable themes/plugins – on the non CDN server it works fine and the issue is related only to CDN we assume that the issue is not there, however our site uses lots of plugins and there might be some missconfiguration – but we cannot afford to turn them off as the site needs to work whole time

    Had somebody have simillar issue when moving on the CDN in OVH hosting? As additional clarification our page is located on Cluster 31 – non CDN located in Poland 87.98.236.253, and the CDN IP for Cluster 31 – 46.105.204.31 (info taken from OVH support and https://docs.ovh.com/gb/en/hosting/list-of-ip-addresses-of-web-hosting-clusters/#cluster-031_1)

    It sounds weird, but routers can cache DNS. If you have flushed the DNS on your devices (not the same as clearing browser cache and cookies) and they all use the same network, try resetting the router.

    Hello,

    I have flushed DNS cache on all of possible stages – browser, operating system and router without any success. Additionally I have checked if the issue persists on incognito mode in browser – and sadly yes. Moreover I found on the OVH hosting that I can clean CDN cache, but it also did not worked. To be sure I have performed password reset for administrative account, and log out administrative account out of any sessions – still without any progress
