Login memory error on

OK i bumped the memory up now it’s giving me this error…

All of those options require being able to login to the admin area / pages.
Did you try to open journeypeople.cc/wp-admin

I will not try to login to your site; the login page loads, though it takes a long time.

How can I install a plugin without being able to login to the admin pages? I don’t understand
