Login menu not appearing

Hi there,
I updated to the latest version of customer area and my login menu has disappeared.
I am using the shortcode [customer-area /] to allow users to access the login screen, but it doesn’t come up anymore?
Any ideas what has happened?
I am using wordpress 4.01 and my theme is Frisco 3.0
I had about 10-15 customer pages which now cannot be accessed as my users cannot login to see them.

Any help is much appreciated.
