Login Page appeared differently

Yesterday by browsing through the trouble shooting forum, I did follow the steps using phpmyadmin by amending the password in _users file.
Thank God, I managed to get back my admin dashboard BUT the name of the site https://autotopup.com.my/multimedia/wp-login.php changed like this

Can your excellence moderator explain because the new dashboard .5.2 is totally new without any previous contents.

and another steps which I follow from one of the trouble shooting forum here. Have to to cpanel and change the password via wp_user,

Now the result come up. No more white screen but after one login, the the second my passwords said to be wrong and askied to reset, the email address use to sign earlier the result I don’t have that email registered.

originaly could login but after I changed the url back to //autotopup.com.my instead of //autotopup.com.my/multimedia/ in the appearance-writing, the page gone.

azizpermata? Your bumps are getting deleted because you keep just repeating the same info over and over again.

It looks like your installation is a fairly complete and total train wreck.

This link https://www.autotopup.com.my/wp-admin/ should work but I get a web server userid and password challenge. That’s not good and it should not do that.

There’s just way to much going on with your installation. If you have a backup from a time where your installation worked then I’d suggest backing up the whole thing not and restore that earlier backup.

If you can get your installation to at least display correctly in an older state then that would be good. Until you can stabilize you setup then you’ll wont be able to address the many problems you are having.

Thanks you very much for your info. Sad to let you know that my local hosting are not cooperative. It made me mad and told them to delete the whole wp file.

For your info, my previous web designer have not do the the backup.
Asking from local host, they even don’t do the backup even from the earlier stage. Told me to do on our own using the only backup via FTP and not even gave the link how to do it. Sad to tell you that I am very new in this things. If you could guide me by giving the link how to do backup via FTP, it’s kind of you.
