login page doesn’t work on desktop but works on mobile

i don’t know if there is a script who stops the login on desktop on Frontend Dashboard plugin or something else , but i cant login using my laptop , but when i try using my phone it works , i tried deactivating all plugins to know where exactly the problem but i didn’t find it , can you help with that please ?
