• @chris Wiegman I hope you received a handsome sum for your plugin. Congrats!

Eventually, I’m sure this will be a rock solid plugin, but right now it seams buggy.

I have an issue that is beyond what I’ve ever seen before and I just want to report it as well as get some feedback on how to fix it.

My login page shows the usually wp-login.php BUT also shows a complete 404 page BELOW “Back to My Site Name” verbiage. This includes the header, navigation, 404 page, and footer.

I’ve confirmed it’s Ithemes by un-checking “Enable the hide backend feature.” and then reloading. I’ve even rolled back to 4.0.1 and 4.0.0, yet still have the issue.

I’ve only successfully remedied the problem by going back to 3.6.6.

Strange as it is, I am using Ithemes 4.0.2 on several sites and it is only happening on one. Using Avada Theme, WP 3.8.1 (current), single site (not multi), and have not add any new plugins.

    Please advise.

    Thank you

I can confirm I am seeing the same exact behavior. Would like to know if this is a known issue?

I just posted a description of the same problem. I have to disable ‘Hide Back End’ and then enable it again. It works for awhile and then I have to do this again. Yesterday I worked all day on a new development site and didn’t have any problems with this, yet today I had to cycle the ‘Hide Back End’ to clear the problem. Hope iThemes can find a fix for the next release.
