Login page invalid data

Hi All

We have an issue with one of our customers website.

We use BeaverBuilder PowerPack Content Modules login form for users to login.

Sometimes the users cannot log in to the page. The login form gives an “Error: Invalid data” – even though they use the correct username and password.

We have a plugin that logs all activity on the site, and sometimes we see a gap for a couple of hours where we receive no logs on the login form. We have connected the dots, and it is also in that time period the users cannot log in.

it seems like the login form sometimes loses connection to the database where the user information is stored. When the login form has connection and you type the wrong password or username it gives another error, something like “invalid username or password”, and not the “Error: invalid data”.

Has anyone experienced this before, or have an idea what could be the issue/solution to the issue?
