Login page is not Loading Up

I have changed my login page to a secret one a few weeks ago. Today when I tried to login, the page doesn’t loads up. I tired different browsers but still no success. I renamed the plugin directory, but again, nothing. It simply says ‘ The page can’t be reached’.
The site is loading perfectly, no issues. How do I get myself back in!
