Login page is not working

  • Hello,
    I have had to disable a login/security page because it was not working. This is a known wordpress issue that seems to be unresolved. Two things are happening. Either the user cannot login at all in spite of having the password, or, the user is not required to log in at all. There is no consistency to the problem.

    Right now, the page is still on my site but I removed anything I need to protect. The location is in the menu, titled “licensee resources”. The password is test (it’s fine for me to publicize this right now, there’s nothing there I need to protect).

    I’m kind of at muy wit’s end. It doesn’t help that now that I have logged in myself, the problem is different than a new user would have.

    Additional info

    I rebuilt the page on another site and created a redirect. The page I built worked…for a while. Now that one doesn’t work either.
