Login Page | Must Have Items

Hi there,

Prior to your next plugin update, it would be great if you can add the following enhancements to the Login page:

(1) Ability to save login credentials for 30 days.
(2) Ability to email the 2FA code to the Username’s email of record.
(3) Ability to generate and use back-up authentication codes (one-time use, 10 codes) in case the 2FA app is not working or immediately within reach of user.
(4) Ability to use Google’s recaptcha (e.g., V1, V2, V3) to eliminate bot logins.
