Login Page Not Found

I tried removing the numbers after our URL in WordPress (beverlyartcenter.org/17) and then our CSS crashed and I was no longer able to access the dashboard. When trying to login to try to fix this mistake, I get what appears to be an outdated version of the login page, and when I enter my username and password, it redirects me to Page Not Found 404 (https://beverlyartcenter.org/wp-login.php ). I’ve noticed the 17 disappears in the redirect. I tried going into the inspection and changing where the form redirects me to. I changed it to beverlyartcenter.org/17/wp-login.php but no success. I’m currently locked out from using all WP features and I’d like any possible solutions. Thanks.
