• Hi there,

    There seems to be a couple of bugs since switching from Shopify hosted website to a wordpress site hosted elsewhere using this plugin. All was working great but now when you get to the checkout stage there is an error when trying to pay with PayPal which says ‘Your payment can’t be processed for technical reasons. Try again or use a different payment method.’

    There’s also weird iframe appearing on the checkout page which contains a page not found. Also if you try and login via ‘Already have an account? Log in’ it directs back to the website as a page not found!

    It seems like this could all be the Shopify end but I wanted to rule out the possibility of a setting I’ve missed within this plugin. Or maybe you know what I can check on the Shopify side, not having much luck with their tech support :-/

    Hey there,

    Thanks for letting me know. My plugin doesn’t touch the Shopify checkout page at all, so any issues you’re experiencing at that point must be occurring from somewhere else.

    Are you using the Shopify Lite plan?

    Sorry I didn’t get the notification of the response.

    It’s the basic Shopify plan, and yes I assumed that might be the case. Thought I’d try as their tech support is about as ‘un tech’ as it gets, extremely frustrating.

    @patz Yeah I haven’t had very good luck with them either.

    Do you have any third-party Shopify apps installed? Perhaps we could narrow the issue down.
