Login Page redirecting to Login Page

    I have a site that I did not build that is using your plugin and when you go to login to the registration page, where you redirect the user to shows the login again.

    For example go to https://endureed.com/resellers/
    un: yoursiteneedsme
    pw: password

    and you will see it redirects to https://endureed.com/rdk/ which SHOULD show a table of contents with the Reseller Distribution Kit but instead shows the login all over again.

    We need some help getting this to work properly. I did not build this site and am only doing SEO work on it and the client noticed this problem but they have no contact with the prior developer. I have spoken with our hosting company and they said to contact the plugin developer.

    I do have a staging site that you can log into and test out fixes if you need to.

    Hello @charrabennett,

    First of all, for security reasons, please do not post credentials on this forum. If you can please edit the message and remove those credentials. Also delete the yoursiteneedsme user from Users -> All Users or change the password to something more complex than “password”.

    Your website doesn’t seem to use our plugin, so I cannot help you with this issue.

    You will need to contact the developers of that plugin and see if they can help sort this out.

    An alternative would be to get in touch with a developer who can help you. Take a look at https://codeable.io it might be a great place to start.
