Login Page shows "Blocked" after Logging In

Hello,

My site is https://allofit.in
I was having a problem logging this morning. The Login page was showing that the “Cookies are disabled….”
So, I searched around forums and found out that a lot of people had the same problem. Most of them suggested renaming “plugins” folder and log-in again.
It worked for me. I successfully logged in. And then I renamed the folder to its original name.

I’m no more getting “Cookies Are Disabled” error. But..

Now a different problem is occuring. Whenever I log in using my credentials on https://allofit.in/wp-login.php, I am getting “Blocked” written in the upper-left corner.

I have tried disabling plugins one by one but the problem still persists.

Please help.
