Login page stuck with loading image and you can't click anywhere

As stated in the title, just tried to login to a clients page of mine and you can’t click anywhere (user name box, password box, login button, forgot password, etc.)… it just shows the loading circle and thats it.

I have tried this with various browsers and computers so this isn’t a computer issue.
