Login problem

I’ve installed the plugin mailpress and when I would activate it, I got a login error: “you don’t have any rights for this page” (this is translated, so it’s something like that). Since then I could’nt get in my adminpage. I’ve deleted the plugin by ftp, but still I can’t get in.
Can anybody help me??? This is no fun.
