Login Problem

    Hello there,
    We have a similar problem that is described here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/unable-to-sign-in-3/. But, in our case, some users and admins can log in, and some can’t. In the dev browser tool, we get this error ?edumall-ajax=lazy_load_template&tutor_nonce=e58a272f37&template=template-parts%2Fpopup%2Fpopup-content-login&=1689300550004. It’s related to the theme, but we see tutor_nonce maybe is the trigger. We used the last free and the Tutor Pro version 2.1.10. Is that problem addressed and fixed in the new update, or what will be the fix we can use for this issue?
    The problem persists even when the WPRocked is deactivated. We had an issue when log-in was made on wp-login.php, too.
    We host the website on the GreenGeeeks WordPress Premium hosting. WordPress version is 6.2.2 and PHP 8.0.29.
    We appreciate any help and suggestion.
