    Hello,

I would be very grateful for your advice to solve this issue:
I cannot access my admin area. when I click the “Log-in” button nothing happens… the button doesn’t respond to my request to login.
I don’t receive any “error message” or “error password”, it just stays on the login page without entering the admin area.

I tried to solve this issue and I received this answer / info (not in the forum):

“…This is related to an issue establishing a captcha for the login page which is preventing it from doing anything else. So it looks like one of the plugins on your website has caused an issue that is preventing you from logging into your site…. To regain access to the administration area you will need to disable whichever plugin is causing the problem…. Once all plugins are disabled you will be able to access your administration area again and then you can re-active all plugins except for the one that broke your login form.”

The plugin that is installed on my website for login is: ‘Colorlib Login Customizer’.

Does anyone familiar with that issue and can give me a clear guidance?

    Thank you in advance !

    Hello @namig555,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Our plugin does not have captcha settings. The issue may be coming from the Wordfence plugin but we are not sure.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Custom Login Page Customizer by Colorlib and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.

Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

    Warm regards,
    Beatrice.

    Hello Beatrice

Thank you so much for your answer !

I installed the plugin of “Health Check & Troubleshooting”, but I could not reach the ‘troubleshoot mode’. I would like to join here a screen shot for more clarity, but I don’t see where…

I can only work from my ‘profile zone’ (since I cannot access my admin area), so I don’t know how to access the Troubleshooting mode you mentioned.

When I click on the plugin “Health Check & Troubleshooting”, I only receive 3 options:
    Description
    Changelog
    FAQs
    and no troubleshoot mode…

Can you please tell me how to access it?
    Thank you very much!

    Hello @namig555,

You can send a screenshot using a service like Imgur, Pastebin, or Dropbox.
Regarding the troubleshooting mode, please go to your dashboard > Plugins > activate the “Health Check ” plugin > after you activate it you will see a “troubleshoot” button. Please see a screenshot here, it might help.

    Warm regards,
    Beatrice.

    Thank you Beatrice,
I managed to go to the “troubleshoot” button and activated the Custom Login Page Customizer by Colorlib.
I pressed “Apply”, and received the following messages at the top of the Troubleshooting page (I hope I did everything correctly):

“You don’t have any of the default themes installed. A default theme helps you determine if your current theme is causing conflicts.” (then a button: ‘Install a default theme’)

“This theme requires the following plugin: Uncode Core.
    Begin activating plugin”

Shall I install the default theme?
and what about the ‘Uncode Core’?

Thank you for your answer ??
    Nami.

    Hello @namig555,

Please go to your WP dashboard > Themes > Add New > search for “Twenty Twenty-One” > Install the theme. After this please try again the troubleshooting mode.

If you still have issues troubleshooting please do the following:
    – the issue might be coming from the Wordfence plugin. Please try to deactivate it and see if you still encounter the error.
    – if the issue persists, deactivate the Custom Login Page Customizer by Colorlib plugin and see if you still have issues. If yes, the issue is not coming from our plugin.

    Warmly,
    Beatrice.

    Thank you Beatrice so much!
I found what is creating the trouble to login: it’s Wordfence.
When I deactivate it – the login page works correctly.
Now, how do I solve this issue…?
Not having “Wordfence” is a bit risky to my site since I have payments online.

Can you tell me what will be the best to do in this stage?

    Thx again ??
    Nami.
