Login problem with security question

  • Hi, I have problems with logging into my site as a member. I write my user name and password, appear a window with an operation to solve (until this all ok) and after I have to rewrite user and password, and this cycle is infinite! I (and my members) cannot log into my site…

    Which TML version?

    I just updated to Version 7.0.2 in the hope this would do something about it…

    Did it? If not, which version was it when you first experienced the problem?

    It didn’t work. I’m not sure which I had before. It was up to date yesterday so probably the version before the 7.0.2

    And it was working properly with 7.0.1?

    Yes it was a couple of days ago, but since yesterday it stopped working. The security question first came up on the login page itself, but since it comes up on a different page, it stopped working…

    The security question is coming from another plugin. What happens if you disable that plugin, or that feature of the plugin?

    Okay, I’m not sure from which plugin in comes from but I will check

    I’m having the same issues.

    If the numerical challenge question is coming from another plugin? I don’t know which one it could be. That element arrived when I first installed TML.

    Are you guys self-hosted or on wordpress.com?

    I am on wordpress.com and having the same issue the last two days. All worked fine before that. I am not sure which plugin adds the security equation if it’s not TML?
