Login Problems

I was trying to switch over to multisite and went ahead and deactivated all my plugins and went through the steps. However, not I can’t get back to the login screen. It is looping me to another page.

All plugins are currently deactivated. Prior to that I did have some redirect plugins (ozh’s simpler login url).

I have tried looking around in the functions.php, wp-login.php, and even the database but am a bit lost. This is really frustrating, anyone know what could be causing this with no plugins activated?
