Login problems

I’d contact your hosting provider for assistance on this, as they can look into the database and see what email is associated with the admin user. You can also reset the password through the database, although a bit tricky, your hosting provider can likely help.

I have had a similar problem. I was actually working on my site and it just stopped functioning in admin. I cleared browser/cookies etc.

I reset Password via email and then logged in but can only see my profile and no entry to my site. when I type in my https://www.cyclelike/wp-admin I just get “404 error: NOT Found” message.
Is someone able to help direct me ? as I have never had this issue before.

Hi it was a plugin that was the issue. Managed to go in through my host provider and remove plugin which allowed me to do as you have mentioned. This of course did not work until the plugin was removed..Thank you for your reply
