Login Problems For Users

I took a look at the aanmelden page, which contains extra fields beyond the standard WordPress registration screen:

I suspect that you’ve added a customization to modify the fields, which is causing further trouble. Can you please try disabling any related plugins and checking to see if that helps?

If it doesn’t, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I have disabled everything, from plugins to themes and switched to the default wordpress themes. This didn’t help. I kept only woocommerce plugin active, running on the twenty seventeen theme. While doing that, login was still not possible.

@rednasil Typically login problems are related to caching in some form. I do not see any caching plugins at a glance, but it appears that you have object caching at the server level. This doesn’t mean this is the problem, but it could be.

Usually object caching is a Must Use, or mu, plugin that’s added at the server level and can only be disabled by renaming the plugin file itself such as appending the filename like .php_bak. Can you try that to see if you notice a difference?

Also, you have registration open on your site so I attempted to create a customer level login for us to use, but it seems one already existed. When trying to get a password reset link, nothing is received on our end.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
